We have several convenient methods for you to pay your utility bill.
Pay Online, Mobile Device or by Telephone
UTILITY bills can be paid with a check, savings, credit card or debit card by clicking the link below or by calling toll-free

The first time will register; after that, payments are 3-easy steps. You can pay immediately, schedule a payment or set up Auto-Pay for the amount of your bill.
Be sure to have your bill handy to provide your customer account number.

We use Payment Service Network to process our payments. PSN has been certified as maintaining the highest level of security as required by the credit card industry.
Payments can also be made by automatic through our office by withdrawal from your checking or savings account. To use this method, call our office at 608-634-3416 or download the Authorization for Direct Payment Form and return it to us.
Some advantages to using direct automatic payment are:
- Helps avoid late or missed payments
- No need to write checks
- No postage costs
- Transfers funds safely, securely and directly from your account
When enrolled in this convenient service, you will continue to receive a statement at the beginning of each month detailing the amount to be debited from your savings or checking account on the due date.

Please include the top stub of the bill to assure that your account is properly credited.
Pay in Person
During normal business hours (Monday – Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.) customers can make payments at our office, located at 200 N. Main Street, Westby.
After business hours, payments can be dropped off in one of the two night deposit boxes located at our office. There is one located to the right of the main entrance and one located in our drive through area. NOTICE: There is also Mediacom deposit box located on the corner of our building. We do not have access to this.
If you are paying in person, we currenly only accept cash or check payment.
Budget Payment Plan
The Budget Payment Plan is offered to help customers combat large bills during high demand seasons by making a fixed monthly payment. The amount is determined by a 12 month average. Budgets are reviewed every six months to ensure your payments remain accurate. To qualify for this plan we require that you have been a customer for at least 12 months and/or have 12 months of consecutive on time payments. Feel free to contact our office to see if you qualify and what your monthly payment would be.
